Strength & Conditioning Programs Led By A Sports Specialist Physical Therapist
Focus on strength and stability to move better, with more power, and prevent injury. Our 6-Week Challenges are designed to help you continue enjoying the activities you love most, pain-free, and stronger than ever before! Each challenge consists of 6 classes and has a specific focus on strength, conditioning and injury prevention. Classes are held 1x/week and each session will build upon the previous to progress safely and efficiently to give you the most benefit in the least amount of time!
Whether you are training for an event (or life!), coming back from an injury, or are on a mission to improve your strength, coordination, and endurance, these classes are specifically designed to help you adapt, recover, and rebuild stronger!

Total Body Strong: 6-Week Challenge
Female Athlete Strength Training Program
September 20th- October 25st
Make Up Session: November 1st
Class Schedule: Every Wednesday
Time: Two times to choose from- 5-6pm OR 6-7pm (please let us know when you register which class time you’d like to join)
Cohort Size: Limited to 8 Participants for Personalized Attention

Wiser & Stronger: 6-Week Challenge
Bone Health and Full Body Strength Program (Master’s Age, Women’s Only)
September 20th- October 25st
Make Up Session: November 1st
