Female Power Hiker
6-Week Strength Training & Injury Prevention Program for Mountain Lovers

All ages are welcome! Classes are held every Wednesday for 6-weeks. Each class will have a specific and unique focus that builds upon the week before for safe and effective progression. Most importantly, this class is designed to be FUN! Sign up as an individual and meet others who share your passion for the outdoors, or ask a friend to join you!
Class size is limited to 10-participants to allow individualized one-on-one attention from our specialist.
Class Schedule:

- End Date: April 27th, 2022
- Day/Time: Every Wednesday from 6-7 PM

Meet your Coach:
All 6-Classes are taught and designed by Natalie Snyder, DPT, OCS, CSCS–
Natalie is a Female Athlete Specialist, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and a Sports Specialist Physical Therapist. Natalie also leads our 4-Week At-Home PT-Guided Strength Training Program. She has helped many clients prevent and overcome shin splints allowing them to perform optimally and continue enjoying the activities they are passionate about… for life!
