Small Group PT Programs
6-Week Series Led By A Sports Specialist Physical Therapist
Focus on strength and stability to move better, with more power, and prevent injury. These classes are designed to help you continue enjoying the activities you love most, pain-free! Each series is 6-weeks long and has a specific focus (shoulder strength, shin-splint prevention, etc.). Classes are held 1x/week and each session will build upon the previous to progress safely and efficiently to give you the most benefit in the least amount of time!
Whether you are training for an event (or life!), coming back from an injury, or are on a mission to improve your strength, coordination, and endurance, these classes are specifically designed to help you adapt, recover, and rebuild stronger!

A 6-week Series

Join us for our next Small Group PT Series! Here's what to expect from this progressive 6-week program:
- Guided exercise program under the supervision of our specialist physical therapist with targeted exercises to help you reach your goals in a motivational and supportive group environment
- Gain a better understanding of OA, and tools/strategies available to better manage your knee symptoms. (Including nutrition advice from a Registered Licensed Dietitian, Brooke Czarnecki!)
- Identify which exercises are best suited to your knee to allow you to increase your activity level and remain active FOR LIFE!

- Our level two class! Even if you missed the first series, you can still join the level two class.
- XC Ski-Babes – Coming Soon! January 2023
- For ladies who want to make this ski season their best yet. This is an all- levels class!
