Building Better Runners
This is an all levels program– whether you are just starting your running journey or are a seasoned Mount Marathoner.
We will meet 1x/week for 6 weeks. Each week’s class will have a specific and unique focus that builds upon the week before for safe and effective progression. Class size is limited to 10-participants to allow individualized one-on-one attention from your coach. Sign up as an individual and meet others who share your passion for running, or ask your running buddy to join you!

All 6-Classes are taught and designed by Natalie Snyder, DPT, OCS, CSCS–
Natalie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist AND a Sports Specialist Physical Therapist. Natalie also leads our 4-Week At-Home PT-Guided Strength Training Program. Natalie is passionate about running and helping fellow runners continue enjoying the sport they love… for life!
