Strong Strides
Building Better Runners
- A 6-Week Program designed specifically for RUNNERS who want to gain strength, prevent injury, and ultimately, become a more efficient runner.
This is an all levels program– whether you are just starting your running journey or are a seasoned Mount Marathoner.
We will meet 1x/week for 6 weeks. Each week’s class will have a specific and unique focus that builds upon the week before for safe and effective progression. Class size is limited to 10-participants to allow individualized one-on-one attention from your coach. Sign up as an individual and meet others who share your passion for running, or ask your running buddy to join you!
Class Schedule:
- Start Date: May 11th, 2022
- End Date: June 15th, 2022
- Day/Time: Every Wednesday from 6-7 PM
- Location: First Class will be at Runners' Edge's Clinic. All others will be OUTSIDE! (Outdoor locations: TBD)

Meet your Coach:
All 6-Classes are taught and designed by Natalie Snyder, DPT, OCS, CSCS–
Natalie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist AND a Sports Specialist Physical Therapist. Natalie also leads our 4-Week At-Home PT-Guided Strength Training Program. Natalie is passionate about running and helping fellow runners continue enjoying the sport they love… for life!

- All participants must be non-restricted to exercise. Check with your orthopedic physician if you are unsure or contact us to inquire about other services you may benefit from that can progress you towards the group class.
- If you are currently dealing with an injury and are not yet cleared by your physician to run, you should not participate in this class. Give us a call so we can help you!

Workout clothes (dress for the weather), water bottle, running shoes, and your motivation!
