Welcome to Total Body Strong, the ultimate 6-week challenge tailored for female athletes and Alaskan ladies (we are a breed of our own ;)! This class is designed exclusively for women who want to learn how to tone their arms, enhance core strength, grow their glutes, and build a sculpted STRONG body. 

As summer fades away, Fall is the perfect opportunity to focus on strength training. Our 6-Week Challenge is uniquely crafted for Alaskan female athletes to maintain their summer fitness momentum and establish a solid foundation of total body strength. This preparation will propel you through winter and beyond. 

Guided by an Expert

Leading the program is Natalie Snyder (AKA- Dr. Nat), our Female Female Athlete Specialist Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. With a wealth of experience, Dr. Nat, a former NCAA All-American Diver, coach, and accomplished athlete, is committed to empower women through strength training.

  • FREE make up session at the end of the challenge for anyone who missed a class. 
  • Dr. Nat will also provide the workout to ladies in the program so you have access to all workouts even when the challenge is over!
