Women's Bone Health Boot Camp

A transformative 6-week program designed for women over 50 to enhance bone health and overall well-being

Program Details:

  • Start Date: April 8th – May 13th, 2024
  • Class Schedule: Every Monday, 4:30-5:30pm
  • Duration: 6-Weeks 
  • Make Up Session: If you can not make it to every class, a make up session will be offered on May 20th. 
  • Total Cost for all 6-Sessions: $210

  • Expert Exercise Guidance: Led by sports physical therapist, Zuzana Rogers, experience tailored exercises for optimal bone health, specifically for peri or post-menopausal women.

  • Holistic Aging Health: Dr. Julie Robinson will share valuable insights on overall aging health for women.

    *Participants are welcome to join the make up class even if they did not miss a class for the price of a drop-in. Please ask us for more details if you are interested!

Please Note: This is our second series of the Bone Health Bootcamp. It will be similar to the first series with education and workouts. We keep our class sizes small so that we can adjust the workouts to the individual needs of those in the class, so everyone is challenged. This way it’s beneficial for new participants as well as returning!
